Senior PHP (Full Stack Team Lead) Remote from India

Position Description

Were looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer and Team Leader to help take our Buttonizer.io SaaS product to the next level. If you are a natural leader and really enjoy architecting and coding new solutions from the ground up, we would love to work with you!

You'll join a small talented team where your skills will directly impact our ability to deliver innovative new features to a really hot market. We are looking to grow fast and build a team, so you will be the main leader of our PHP team to help drive our success.

Duties and responsibilities

• Work with product managers to help plan solutions for complex business requirements
• Design and architect new system components
• Lead developers on various projects
• Research and development related to new technologies, including development of
  prototypes
• Lead deployments to production to minimize risk and avoid down time
• Troubleshoot challenging issues as they arise (e.g. CPU performance, memory usage,
  scale of distributed systems, etc.)
• Conduct code reviews to ensure quality, standards, and best practices across the team



Required Experience and General Skills

• 10+ years of PHP programming and architecture with SaaS/Cloud-based products
• 5+ years designing/architecting high-performance systems
• You LOVE to code and design new solutions; you might even have side projects you've created, just because :)
• You have a positive attitude and an unparalleled work ethic; you love to work hard, move up, and produce amazing results
• You are detail-oriented, hate when you make mistakes, and take pride in producing great quality products



Required Technical Skills

Strong experience with (7-10+ years):

• Symfony
• React
• Vite.js
• Ubuntu
• DigitalOcean
• Redis
• PostgreSQL
• MySQL
• WordPress Plugin Development
• Github

Moderate experience with (1-2+ years):

• Cloudflare Workers
• Freemius
• Node.js
  

Nice-to-have experience:

• Grafana
• Prometheus
• Sentry
• Strong front-end development skills using the latest frameworks and expert
• understanding of HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
• Strong experience with building scalable distributed systems
• Strong experience with caching techniques
• Strong experience developing and maintaining SaaS products in a production
  environment is a must.

Job Details:

Work Mode: Remote from India

Work Days: Monday to Friday

Timings: USA time zone from 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM Pacific time.

Compensation: 25 - 30 LPA
