Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Developer with expertise in PHP and Laravel to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering projects using emerging technologies, hands-on experience with SQL design, SOLID principles, REST API design, and leadership experience handling small teams. The role involves managing development projects, providing technical guidance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with the organization's strategy.

Qualifications:

• Experience in mentoring and guiding junior team members
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams
