Software Requirements:We are looking for a skilled Lead Pega Developer to spearhead the development and implementation of Pega PRPC applications and workflows. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, particularly in Pega, and the ability to lead a team of technical experts.
Overall Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Pega PRPC applications and workflows based on business requirements.
- · Customise and configure Pega PRPC components, such as case types, data models, user interfaces, integrations, and reporting.
- · Collaborate with business analysts, system architects, and other stakeholders to design and test Pega PRPC solutions that meet user needs and comply with industry standards.
- · Troubleshoot and resolve Pega PRPC issues and defects and provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing applications.
- · Keep up to date with Pega PRPC technology trends and best practices and recommend improvements and enhancements to existing processes and systems.
- · Provide guidance and mentorship to other team members and participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing sessions.
- · Participate in Agile or Scrum development processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily standups.
Skills:
- Pega
- Java development experience
- Strong technical knowledge of software development lifecycle

Experience:
- At least 8+ years of experience in software development and leading technology projects

Qualification:
