Department
You will be part of Global order handling team. Your primary role is to support with order execution along with our technical departments, proposal team, procurement, and shipping functions. You will also ensure our customers’ satisfaction, you should be in daily contact with our valued mining customers, just as you liaise with our sales managers and technical advisors.

What you bring
You are a Global Business Engineer or have a comparable background.
Your previous career has provided you with experience within the cross field of technical sales and customer relations.
You are used to foreseeing and solving potential problems.
You are proactive and have a structured approach to your tasks, enabling you to handle several cases at a time.
You have a cross-cultural understanding and can communicate with people of different nationalities and professional backgrounds.
You have experience with Sharepoint and/or the Office 365 package.
Education Qualification
Bachelor’s Engineering degree from a reputed university. Mechanical specialization would be preferred.
Experience
6 to 10 years of experience in techno commercial proposals.
Experience in Engineering / Design / structural knowledge in plants equipment's will be an added advantage.
Experience in Procurement preferred.
