To manage Facility Management Services Company & Builder and ensuring effective maintenance of entire premises - Bengaluru.


To manage both Soft services and MEP services by supervising all facilities staffs and external contractorsResponsible for planning, managing, monitoring, supervising and providing assistance in the provisioning, operation, and functions of facility operation with FMS Vendor and Builder to ensure safe workplace for all employees .


Managing the upkeep of equipment/AMC and supplies to meet health and safety standards.


Preparation of accurate reports and required records to analyse facility operations for improvement & enhancements


Preparing daily/weekly work schedules to ensure effectiveness in operation


Proposing and planning facility asset’s replacement/enhancement based on the life span of equipment as per the company policy.


Meeting customers daily to review about the operational feedbacks and ensure providing solution.


Oversees and supervises the quality of work for other employees/vendors to ensure that all tasks are performed correctly, efficiently, and effectively


Event management coordination and providing end to end solutions to respective departments holding the event.


Effective rounds to be done on floors on regular basis to provide best workplace environment to Employees by monitoring AC, Lights, etc


.Periodical meeting with FMS Vendor, Builder and other Vendor partnersEnsure the cleaning and sanitation of entire office space, restrooms and external area.


Maintain checklists, records, and tracking on consumables regularly for hasle free operations. Periodical Training to be conducted to all housekeeping and technical staffs. Creating and maintaining the budgets for maintenance, repairs and contracts.


Other GA activities based on function’s requirement.2. Space Management / Asset Management Effective management of Space/Asset Management Regularly maintain the seating records and the same shall be loaded in Space Management Tool / Asset Management Tool or Service Connect Transition support based on the business requirement and realignment of space if required.
