What Are We Looking For?

• Being the first boots on the ground you will need to be confident in your own technical NoSQL knowledge, specifically Cassandra and MongoDB.  You will also need to thrive in ‘brownfield’ sites where there is currently very little in the way of existing processes and procedures.

• We are looking for people with a growth mindset who, regardless of their experience and skills, appreciate that there is always more to learn.

• We need people who are confident questioning the status quo, and who are willing to suggest and debate ideas that will lead us to further improvement.

• Accelya Enterprise IT support our customers 24 x 7 and it is inevitable, therefore, that this role will require occasional effort outside of normal working hours, but if we do our jobs properly we can minimise this by building highly available platforms, avoiding incidents through proper alerting, automating daily activities, and training others to provide front line support when needed.
