• Advises the business and executes the HR Processes and activities. For e.g., Resourcing, Performance & Talent Management, Monthly Headcount Reporting & Budgeting activities, International Mobility & Annual Reward Review (ARR).
• Uses best practice knowledge to provide thought leadership to support future capabilities of the business.
• Understands business needs and supports the business to make the right people decisions to positively impact the commercials of the business function.
• Ensures strong relations are fostered with management teams and acts positively and effectively as the gate keeper between the business and the HR-COE functions.
• Drives the delivery of transformation projects that improve organization, team & individual effectiveness.
• Demonstrates strong communication skills, influencing and persuading managers to ensure managers are equipped to drive employee engagement and the Spirit of Vodafone.
• Identifies people and process trends, suggests improvements, and ensures that the business function adheres to the delivery of agreed HR Agenda.
• Champions culture and advocates the HR operating model.
