Job Title - Senior Manager - Technical Talent & Development Partner

Introduction to Role:
Join us as a Senior Manager - Technical Talent & Development Partner, a role that is pivotal in determining and architecting solutions that enable the desired technical/functional learning capabilities. This role aligns with AstraZeneca’s strategy, roadmap, principles, and standards. You will collaborate with various stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver on the talent and development goals. This role is perfect for an experienced professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, working with both India and global teams. 


Accountabilities:
As a Technical Talent and Development Partner, you will advance the delivery of the technical/functional Talent and Learning Strategy. This includes program management of these initiatives, evaluation of their impact, and implementation of continuous improvements. You will work with a diverse group of leaders and talent from various Senior Executive Teams (SET) areas in India. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and implementing key programs and strategies tailored to meet the technical/functional learning needs of the organization. You will also consult with management, leadership, learning champions on technical/functional learning and development matters.


Essential Skills/Experience:
- B.Tech or B.E. in Computer/Information Technology or Equivalent
- 8-12 years of overall experience with minimum 1 year of exposure in managing technical trainings/learning portfolio
- Demonstrated experience as a Technical Training Manager, Technical Trainer, or in a similar position
- Familiarity with web-based learning platforms and contemporary teaching methods
- Excellent communication to simplify complex technical terms & relationship management skills
- Experience in designing and executing organizational upskilling and reskilling programs
- Demonstrated strong customer and stakeholder orientation
- Demonstrated taking initiatives and execution excellence
- Strong interpersonal collaboration and team skills including working with cross-functional teams across geographies.



- Experience implementing global programs and ability to collaborate with global stakeholders
- Experience of developing and managing end to end talent and learning processes within the organization
- Evidence of shaping innovative learning solutions that have a major impact within the business area and organisation
