  • Responsible for Talent Acquisition for offices & Projects at multiple locations of the world Including India).
  • Responsible for Manpower Planning for the organization.
  • Identify future talent needs, support the development of a talent pipeline for various roles.
  • Work with internal teams to capture manpower requirements.
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies and hiring plans. Identify and source appropriate talent for open roles.
  • Manage the recruitment process including Job descriptions, initial assessments, Interviews, Background verification checks, Negotiation, Offers & Joining Formalities.
  • Guide the team members to source candidates through various mechanisms (direct, referrals, relationships, in-house sourcing team, colleges etc.)
  • Counsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment.
  • Lead, motivate and develop the talent acquisition team.
  • Thoroughly scrutinize salary documents of the candidates and ensure timely background verification check.
  • Salary Negotiation with selected candidates.
  • Preparation/Checking of salary structure of new candidates as per the company policy.
  • Meet standard measurements of success for Staffing such as attainment against annual hiring plans, diversity goals and cost/time to hire standards.
  • Develop relationships with third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms and manage the entire process.
  • Manage HR MIS for hiring, position tracking, maintenance of document checklists, consultant empanelment at various stages of recruitment. Prepare and analyze recruitment reports including operational metrics.
  • Explore the market best practices in recruitment and staffing to implement appropriate best practices in the organization.

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a high growth and dynamic business environment.
  • Understanding of Talent Acquisition Best Practices.
  • Excellent Communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Self-Motivated/Ability to Work with minimal supervision.
  • Exposure of recruitment for locations like Asia- Pacific, USA and Europe, Africa is preferable.
