Senior Manager - Site Operations, Facilities
As part of the Global Site Operations team within Employee and Workplace Solutions (EWS) this position will lead the management of approximately 500K sq ft at Bangalore. In addition, this role will be responsible for establishing relationships with key partners to deliver on the Adobe workplace experience. This position requires strong presentation and analytical skills with facilitating and leading cross-functional meetings to interface regularly with business representatives, partners, and vendors articulating strategies and solutions.
Scope:
Act as the primary point of contact for all Global Workplace Solutions (Operations, Real Estate, Projects, etc.) at the site.
Develop, articulate, and fulfill the GSO vision for the sites.
Lead and support the future of work activity-Evaluate the existing real estate portfolio at Bangalore or equivalent experience in view of the changing work dynamics due to FOW
Develop deep business relationships to be able to proactively address space and services issues.
Direct, lead and provide oversight to all our site vendors, including our outsourced facilities management, food service and wellness teams.
Interacting and liasioning with local bodies, on need basis.
Lead all aspects of the financials including budget adherence and the ongoing forecasting of operating expenses and capital projects.
Lead the site “experience”; balance customer centric mentality with operational excellence in the delivery of all site services: including Culture, Communities, Wellness, Shipping/Mail, etc.
Provide oversight for F&B and Transport Operations
Handle and lead change to ensure minimum disruption to the business core activities.
Site level M&A integration, consolidation and/or closures as needed
Drive improvements in and implement the sustainability strategy.
Implement and coordinate GSO initiatives, programs, and site councils at the site level.
Closely monitor the progress of ongoing projects and ensure completion within agreed timelines
Enable seamless coordination between Projects teams of GSS/ GSO/IT and external consultants
Contribute to the development of the real estate and site services strategies.
Act as owner’s rep for all projects across the site; ensure the business and operational requirements are met, with great cross functional communication.
Establish occupancy strategies, planning best allocation and utilization of space and resources for new buildings, or re-organizing current premises.
Establish and complete metro level strategies for operations, projects, occupancy, and business engagement.
Partner with Employee Experience (HR) and IT to address any opportunities or issues regarding the employee experience.
Partner with Global Safety and Security team on Incident management, emergency response & safety.
Lead the Change Management pertaining to GSO projects/initiatives.
Enable Innovation in Facility Management
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business or other relevant field, Certifications a plus.
Experience:
15 years’ work experience, at least 5 years in Facilities/Projects/Real Estate management.
