Title - Senior Manager Security and Administration
Grade – 3B
Qualification – Postgraduate, Preferred from Army Background
Experience - 15 years.
Followings will be the responsibilities of the position holder:
1. To be overall responsible for complete administration and security arrangements at site.
2. To be overall responsible for leading the team towards ensuring best Security, administration and GMP practices
3. Issuance of contracts, identification and vendor negotiations on canteen, security, transportation, events, stationery procurement, front Office Management, housekeeping, scrap, linen, laundry warehouse, pest control etc.
4. Renewal of admin service contracts, budget projections and procurement in accordance with the approved capex budgets.
5. Liasioning with government and other related agencies.
6. Preparation of administration budget along with Security and ensure spending budget.
7. To conduct threat/vulnerability analyses to determine probable frequency criticality, consequence or severity of natural/man-made disasters or criminal activity on the organization's profitability or delivery of products or services.
8. Write or review security-related documents, such as incident reports proposals, and tactical or strategic initiatives.
9. Monitor policies, programs, or procedures related to all administration areas and to ensure compliance with the requirement.
10. Compliance on internal security policies, licensing requirement or applicable government security requirements, policies and directives.
11. Responsible to conduct threat/vulnerability analyses to determine probable frequency criticality, consequence or severity of natural/man-made disasters or criminal activity on the organization's profitability or delivery of products or services
12. Ensure GMP compliance related to Linen Management, Change Room Management, House Keeping etc.
13. Training of contractor manpower on cGMP practices and guidelines.
14. To look for potential problem areas related to administrative facilities and address them proactively.
15. To play a coordinator role for ISO-train system for compliance and training in electronic systems per the timeline.
16. AMC’s renewals of contracts for Linen, House Keeping service providers.
17. To oversee hygiene, quality and up keep in the factory canteen.
18. Support in preparation and tracking of administration budget.
