Essential Skills/Experience
End-to-end service delivery for identified SAP applications, ensuring business functions are aptly supported within pre-agreed SLAs and parameters.
Define, monitor, and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with external vendors delivering SAP services.
Accountable for service design & transition to BAU (Service Introduction), for project-scale changes, and implementation of new SAP services.
Understanding of Incident Management, Problem, Change & Release Management, Disaster Recovery, and Continuous Service Improvement Management.
Provide leadership and guidance to internal service teams and external vendors, ensuring a collaborative approach to delivering high-quality services.
Should demonstrate a strong desire to learn SAP technology and architecture as part of their individual development plan.
Understanding on Technology Architecture which includes Application, Hardware, and Middleware components.
Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality services aligned to SLAs, KPIs, and business goals. Proficiency in incident, problem, change, and release management practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Understanding of business processes in the life sciences/pharmaceutical domain.
Detailed understanding of ERP systems, Service Management, Service Introduction, Backup, and Disaster Recovery processes etc.
Experience in managing a globally distributed team.
Experience with tools such as ServiceNow, or other ITSM platforms including ITSM reporting.
Ability to prepare and deliver clear, concise reports and presentations to senior leadership.
Identify opportunities for business value addition in SAP and Non-SAP technology landscape.
Liaise with various stakeholders to ensure inclusive overall service delivery.
Drive continuous improvements through service enhancements and productivity improvements.
Establish governance structures for effective service delivery and lead risk management activities related to vendor services.
Desirable Skills/Experience
Possess knowledge of SAP modules and technology architecture.
Knowledge on creating PowerBI dashboards desirable.
Understanding AI Concepts: Familiarity with AI concepts such as machine learning, natural language processing, and predictive analytics to comprehend the potential applications of AI within SAP.
