What You'll Do:
- Monitor the performance of all ICX frontline and identify areas of improvement.
- Identify individual and team training needs.
- Act as a consultant to sales reps/agents and provide helpful advice on coping with job-related challenges. Develop a relationship with the ICX teams that makes it easy to communicate their ideas and issues they are facing.
- Design coaching approach leveraging different learning strategies and sales techniques
- Design and empower team to deliver refresher modules, workshops, and other initiatives to improve sales skills and knowledge.
- Has to play a key role working with operations and delivery to understand business needs and apply relevant techniques to deliver quantifiable improvements.
- Set annual learning and development objectives for the sales team.
- Evaluate employees’ performance after coaching interventions.
- Research and implement industry best practices for sales returns.
- Establish training needs by observing sales encounters, studying sales performance and reports.
- Stay up to date with the new market trends and demands of a corporate sales environment.
- Must continue to be well-versed in and knowledgeable of all products and services, procedures, and policies.
- Updates own role and leadership knowledge and skills by participating in educational opportunities.
- Coach sales coaches to expand customer value propositions through utilization of self-service options, improved technical knowledge/support and resolution of customer issues/requests.
- Manage a team sales coaches, providing leadership, mentorship, and guidance.
- Ensure that all regions are aligned on global strategy to be able to execute and deliver at the same pace and standards
What You Need to Succeed:
- Work experience as a Sales Coach and managing a team of sales coaches
- Strong leadership presence and passion for leading quality and training teams and implementing processes across the globe
- Familiarity with role-playing activities and e-learning platforms
- Experience in implementing improvement projects using Six Sigma, Lean and / or other quality tools.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience managing teams of professionals across the organization.
- Hands-on experience creating presentations (e.g., videos or slides)
- Problem-solving skills
- Professional certifications in sales training like Certified Inside Sales Professional (CISP), Certified Sales & Marketing Professional will be preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills with strong analytical skills along with the ability to use data to make informed decisions.
