Overview This position will be part of the ICC – Commercial organization. The incumbent will work with different markets across the world supporting deployment and usage of Promo.ai solution. The role will be embedded in the KAM (Key Accounts Management) ecosystem, serving as an extension of GRGM and a critical link between business and technical teams. Long-term, the team has potential to integrate with other NextGen RGM capabilities and contribute to broader commercial excellence initiatives. Responsibilities Functional Responsibilities Utilizing Promo.AI capabilities to generate effective calendar recommendation using ML models and optimization features Analyzing results (i.e. highlighting the drivers / rationale behind) tool recommendations Calendar refinement (supporting iterations based on stakeholder feedback) Drive insights and content creation for key KAM touchpoints (e.g., calendar sell-in) Track usage and outcomes(Post event analysis) across different customers/banners Identify and share in-market best practices to implement across markets Collect and funnel KAM feedback, share with Global Technical, S&T Teams Serve as super user & develop best practice deployment playbooks Develop and execute against change management plan Implement continued improvements and simplifications of processes, standardization Create an inclusive and collaborative environment Key Activities by Project Phase Deploy Shadow meetings between KAM and Promo.ai teams to learn details of KAM touchpoints throughout Shadow ad hoc meetings, incl. those in which KAM is not present, to learn more about the tool, processes, and roles involved in a Promo.ai deployment (or refresh) Complete onboarding onto Promo.ai team including checking for tool fitment and data quality/accuracy Sustain – High Touch and Steady State Generate realistic calendar suggestions utilizing tool capabilities Support KAMs with insights as needed during calendar refinement and sell-in Share best practices re. most helpful insights, ways of working with KAMs RGM etc Generate post-event insights re. revenue impact and related business-oriented metrics Key Responsibilities +9 years of experience in Retail Analytics/Category Management/Revenue Management 5-7 years of relevant professional experience working with large data sets, experience in CPG /Consulting / GBS Experience in any of the NRM lever practices, Pricing, Promo Management, Assortment, Trade Investment Strong analytics skills with expertise in data analytics and data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI Strong Advanced Analytics acumen, Agile ways of working, managing high end data science Prior experience in data analytics to derive data driven insights and generate recommendations Experience in developing data-driven models for sales and marketing function Ability to handle multiple workstreams to tight deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Drive strategic conversations with Senior stakeholders (VP & above) across multiple Sectors, North America, Europe, LATAM, APAC Very strong analytical skills – excellent competency in MS Excel is a must, as is experience of managing complex, incomplete & inconsistent datasets and defining strategic analytics (market sizing/growth forecasts etc). Experience in Power Bi / Tableau preferred Proven experience using PowerPoint and ability to producing visually compelling presentations (i.e. beyond just operating the software) that are impactful with a senior audience Clarity in communication (English language) to enable production of a very high standard of commentary that is impactful and credible amongst our most senior audiences.
