We will count on you to:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Analyze business data sets and provide new insights that can be used to drive commercial decisions
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to stakeholders
- Participate in design forums for business functions and drive end to end solution design
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data integrity and optimize data retrieval
- Assist in the development and implementation of data governance policies and procedures
- Enable the adoption of global solution deployment across regions by working closely with regional and country leaders
- Track, maintain, prioritize, and report on the portfolio of pipeline and active initiatives
- Ability to translate pipeline opportunities into detailed business requirements
What you need to have:
- Overall 8+ years of experience and 2+ years’ experience in business intelligence and/or data analytics
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field
- Experience with BI Tools (e.g. Alteryx, Power BI, Qlik, Tableau)
- Strong understanding of data visualization principles
- Highly skilled in SQL for efficient data querying
- Proficiency with at least one scripting language (e.g. Python/R), preferred
- Domain knowledge in insurance or financial services, preferred
