About the Role:


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced PMO professional to join our centralized team, responsible for overseeing and driving project execution in terms of time, cost, quality, and safety.


The PMO team is integral to the organization, serving as a hub for project tracking, analytics generation, and cross-functional collaboration. This role offers an opportunity to drive impactful change and contribute to organizational excellence.


Key Responsibilities:


●      Project Oversight: Track and monitor project execution across all metrics (time, cost, quality, and safety), ensuring adherence to defined goals and timelines.


●      Project Auditing : Visiting site and conducting periodic site audits at particular stages, to check documentation and analyse project risks


●      Centralized Database Management: Develop and maintain a central database for the organization, ensuring data integrity and accessibility for all relevant stakeholders.


●      Data Analytics & Business Insights: Utilize the centralized database to create actionable analytics and generate insights that inform decision-making and strategic planning.


●      Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a bridge between internal stakeholders, fostering seamless communication and alignment across departments.


●      Change Management: Drive the implementation of new initiatives and process improvements across the organization.


●      Technology Adoption: Stay updated with new technologies and tools, ensuring their effective application to enhance team efficiency and project outcomes.
