About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Manager with a proven track record 10+ years of experience in Physical Security (preferably in IT sector). The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in management and exceptional communication skills, coupled with the ability to collaborate with global business and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement security policies and procedures in line with organizations guidelines, to reduce and mitigate security and other probable risks along with ensuring adequate response to incidents and events.
Oversee physical security measures and access control systems and manage crisis response and risk management strategies.
Conduct internal security audits and vulnerability assessments and manage vendor relationships for security systems and services.
Identify potential risks to the organization and develop mitigation strategies and manage vendor relationships for security systems and services.
Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal security regulations.
Formulation of security policies and procedures throughout the site and coordination with emergency response teams and conduct training exercises.
Develop and maintain business continuity and disaster recovery plans and lead incident response efforts during security breaches or emergencies.
Ensure technology driven surveillance and vigilance system and incorporation of Artificial intelligence to digitize physical security procedures.
Required Qualifications:
Education: A bachelor's degree in security management, business administration, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree can be beneficial. Relevant certifications (e.g., CPP, PSP, PCI) are often preferred.
Experience: Significant experience in security management, law enforcement, or military service; previous roles in administrative management can be advantageous.
Certifications: Consider certifications such as CPP, PSP, PCI.
Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and crisis management skills.
Education: A bachelor’s degree in security management, criminal justice, business administration, or a related field.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with security systems (CCTV, access control, alarms), as well as cybersecurity principles
