Overview Main purpose: Lead the planning, execution and activation of the People Experience and Operations agenda in India BU. Responsible and accountable for BU HR ops services within the the global/sector/local agreed SLAs and KPIs. Lead the JBP with the HR relevant verticals and set the annual agenda for services delivery in partnership with the capability centers service delivery teams. Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to current processes (Risk Assessments/Streamlining/Digitalization/Centralization) Manage stakeholder relations with Different HR Verticals, Sector People EX & Ops, GBS & Functional Business leaders (e.g Sites leaders /Legal/Control etc..) Identify and implement continuous improvement and automation initaintves to the current processes in order to create effecinency and enhance the employee experience. Responsibilities Accountability: Lead on the activation of India’s People EX & Ops delivery strategy and JBP partnering with relevant HR verticals in Work force Administration, Benefits Admin, TM, Learning streams & TA Lead on the activation of the Front line digital experience strategy across locations partnering with relevant COEs (Time & Attendance, WFA & Employee services, learning, TM & BA) Lead on the FL E2E hiring process in partnership with HRBPs Work on improving and streamlining the processes related to EE life cycles and services and channeling the opportunities and feedback to the relevant stakeholders Oversee the online & offline administration of all aspects of the employee life-cycle in accordance with company policies & labor law Partner with relevant HR work streams to establish an annual calendar of HR events to facilitate effective planning and field activation with timely delivery and optimal utilization of resources Provide advice to the relevant HRBPs & COEs in new initiatives and crisis management Develop & maintain proper workflows & SLAs with other HR work streams to ensure a smooth communication channels for a better delivery Conduct self-audits to ensure different activities in scope, documents, procedures & systems are within set guidelines Support the benchmarking efforts in the local market to look for best practices and bring them to the service delivery verticals in scope Manage and laise with the different vertical in People EX & Ops (Employee Services, Total Rewards, OD & Training, Payroll, HR ops & Benefits and Talent Acquisition) Partner with India BU HRVP in setting India HR Operations and Service Delivery strategy, model, process transition road map, SLA definitions and service catalogue Transform the related parts of the HR strategy into operational plans in partnership with the different People EX & Ops vertical across (Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Reporting & Analytics, Work force amdinitration, Talent Management/Learning ), meeting defined service levels and KPIs, including customer satisfaction. monitor compliance and initiate corrective/optimizing measures in case of deviations/exceptions Partner with India HR VP and HRLT in setting the HR Digitization & FL-DEEX agenda, roll out plans and lead on the activation Lead on the business stream and the activation of the time & attendance project, roll out of myServices and H2O implementation. Conduct periodic review of delivery SLAs / KPI’s with workstream leads, BU HRLT, COEs & AMESA People EX & Ops teams Periodically review the efficiency of delivery processes of the site and contribute to the development of global policies, procedures and processes based on process learnings and feedback Responsible to develop and drive local business continuity plans & mitigate key risks during integrations: Ensure local mitigation actions are identified, tracked and executed with the right escalation and support model Drive HR process synergy across work streams and HR COEs to optimize and cultivate HR innovation and effectiveness Qualifications Key Skills/Experience Required: 8+ years of professional experience in HR preferable in HR ops Customer orientation Process management, design thinking and continiues improvement Proven Leadership and Management skills Organization change management Strong communication and language skills International exposure and proven project management skills Technical / Functional Skills & Knowledge of HR systems, Tools and Interfaces Proficient in Microsoft Office Education: Post-Graduation in Human Resources
