Senior Manager- OTC BSNA SRR Billing

Job Description :

• Ownership of OTC Operations, ME Closing and revenue target achievements
• Partner with Business finance and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
  
• Contribute Ideas and action towards the continuous improvement of process
  
• Support strategic projects and initiatives
  
• Must have done multiple transitions for OTC domain
  
• Prepare and run daily team briefing/ weekly team meetings
  
• Plan team capacity, assign team work accordingly and addresses proactively potential bottlenecks/backlogs
  
• Manage, motivate and develop staff
  
• Coach team members and ensure they receive orientation and appropriate development opportunities
  
• Develop a specific management culture for shared services aimed at efficient delivery of services
  
• Ensure adherence to internal and external guidelines as well as to a standardized process landscape
  
• Contribute ideas and actions towards the continuous improvement of processes within area of influence Explore Process improvements/drive projects
  
• Support process improvements initiatives and related projects
  

Requirement and Qualifications :

• Minimum 11+ Years of Overall work experience in OTC
• Bachelors/master’s degree in finance and Accounting
• Transition experience would be an added advantage
• Experience in any ERP application
• Fluent in communication (Both Written and verbal)
• Night Shift is a Mandate for the process
• Desired: Working experience within a shared services center/BPO

• Have been in your position for not less than 12 months.
• FY23 Performance should be minimum “Consistently Meets Expectations” or higher
• Employees on active warning letters andin PIP for last 6 months are not eligible to apply
• Employees with required education/qualification background can only apply which meets the job description
