<p>Summarizes and communicates key trends (including gap analysis) and potential issues utilizing knowledge of insurance and data handling to support business improvement and business strategy projects.</p><p></p><p>Develops more advanced client presentations and materials.</p><p></p><p>Educates business leaders on the requirements for key metrics.</p><p></p><p>Works on project teams within the department, working with colleagues within Business Analytics and IT to develop and continuously improve the reporting infrastructure, including data housing, data modeling, report performance, and report design and delivery tools.</p><p></p><p>Delegates incoming work to junior colleagues to ensure that is handled effectively, promptly (in line with Key Performance Indicators and other deadlines) and accurately so that the needs of internal and external customers are consistently met and exceeded.</p><p></p><p>Trains and mentors junior level support staff within the Metrics, Analytics and Reporting group.</p><p></p><p>Facilitates the implementation of improvements of the administrative pieces of the metrics, analytics and reporting group activities based on knowledge of client needs and industry and regulatory requirements.</p><p></p><br><p> Mercer, a business of Marsh McLennan (NYSE: MMC), is a global leader in helping clients realize their investment objectives, shape the future of work and enhance health and retirement outcomes for their people.
