The candidate will be responsible in leading and managing medical marketing for a Global Brand Portfolio - creating, executing and monitoring brand strategy.
Building Brands
Provide short term and long-term strategic direction for the brand
Conceptualize, develop& execute the full medical marketing mix to drive the brand agenda.
Work closely with the HCN Science team to deliver strong insights for HCP communication
Works collaboratively with agencies/vendors and internal resources to develop impactful campaigns & drive superior market results
Business Forecasting/Results - work with sales and demand planning teams to generate accurate volume forecasts.
Ensure quality and timely delivery/execution of campaign collaterals/inputs/activities to field force.
Continually incorporate customer feedback and macro view of the market through formal sources of feedback like research (Structured / MR driven etc.)
Undertake field work to establish a strong connect with KOLs
