About the Job


We are currently seeking a Product Owner- Legal, reporting directly to Director, Global Legal Operations Excellenceto join our Legal Contracts Compliance team based in Noida.


Summary: The Product Owner is responsible for the vision of the assigned Product and fully accountable for harnessing technology to drive company effectiveness, efficiency improvement to the concerned Legal processes and bring the best user experience for our internal customers, T.EN employees, managers as well as the Legal Contracts and Compliance (LCC) community. He/she represents the voice of the customers. The Product Owner is responsible of the delivery of our  LCC Technology initiatives for several countries drives and leads change adoption. He/she acts as trusted business partner for LCC stakeholders and collaborates with the LCC relays to successfully deliver Legal Contracts and Compliance Technology products.


The Legal Technology Product Owner


  • Defines key objectives and expected measurable business outcomes for the lifecycle of the assigned Product
  • Owns the assigned Legal Technology Product roadmap with the aim of maximizing return in investments 
  • Works with LCC  stakeholders/clients’ representatives to analyze the business needs and align product roadmap to company and LCC  strategic goals. 
  • Provide vision and direction to TEN Digiteam team and potential other stakeholders (incl providers, clients, etc.)
  • Assess value and prioritize requirements to ensure work focuses on those with a maximum value that are aligned with expected business outcomes
  • Leads the Product release planning and set the expectations for delivery of defect fixes, new and or enhanced capabilities (including regular updates)
  • Lead the functional design based on knowledge of end-to-end processes best practices, users experience, technology capabilities/limitations, customer experience integration and dependencies and integration with other Legal Technology Products and/or other TEN Digiteam  Products.
  • Apply systematic and well-established change management approaches (including training and communication), knowledge management, to maximize adoption and minimize business disruptions
  • Drives continuous improvement of customer satisfaction, organization efficiency and cost reduction

Role and Responsibilities:


For Product Owner: Assigned Product for T.EN, Worldwide, all legal entities and all countries. 


  • Agile Methodology:Demonstrate strong expertise in Agile methodology and effectively apply them to the Legal technology product  lifecycle.
  • Documentation and Design: Develop and maintain comprehensive service delivery strategies aligned with the organization's overall goals and objectives.
  • International Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with LCC teams and stakeholders in various global locations, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including LCC leadership, IT teams, and end-users.
  • Change Management: Lead change management initiatives associated with the deployment of the new Legal technology product Matter Management Tool across all legal entities worldwide.
  • Travel: Be prepared to travel internationally to support change management efforts and ensure successful tool adoption.

About You

Profile (Skills, Experience & Qualifications):


(i) Must Have 


  • Graduate/MBA Digital Engineering School – Business School
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role, preferably within a legal or compliance context.
  • Good degree of organization, individual initiative, and personal accountability.
  • Balance of technical knowledge and business acumen.
  • Good knowledge of (pre) Hire to (post) Retire processes and workflows.
  • Positive employee experience mind set 
  • Proactive, self-starter with good project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Experience working in international settings and collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Proactive attitude and always strive for continuous improvement.

 (ii) Nice to have 


  • Working with large, cross-functional, multi-Culture, multi-time zone and virtual team.
  • Working experience in the oil & gas sector / EPC Industry
  • Good communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire stakeholders to adopt industry-proven best practices, simplification, harmonization and automation 
  • Previous experience in legal or compliance-related roles.
  • Familiarity with legal matter management processes and tools
  • Experience working with global teams across different time zones
  • Basic understanding of Lean Six Sigma Methodology.
