Job Description: Sr. Manager SAP
Position Title: Senior Manager, SAP
Department: Enterprise Technology Organisation
Location: Bangalore, India

Position Summary:
The Senior Manager, SAP leads all aspects of the planning, implementation, and management of SAP systems within the organization. This role ensures the effective utilization of SAP technologies to optimize business processes and drive operational efficiency. The Sr. Manager will lead a group of engineers and collaborate with multi-functional collaborators to support enterprise-wide SAP initiatives as part of SAP CoE.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Technical Leadership: Lead, engage and mentor a team of SAP technical developers, consultants, and architects, providing mentorship on technical design, development, and solve complex SAP issues across various modules (e.g., ECC, S/4 HANA, CRM, MM, SD).
2. SAP Strategy & Implementation: Develop and implement SAP strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
3. Architecture Design: Define and maintain a robust SAP technical architecture, considering scalability, performance optimization, integration with other systems, and future technology trends.
4. Project Management: Lead SAP implementations, migrations, and upgrade projects, while ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
5. Collaboration: Work closely with multiple business units, IT teams, and external vendors to identify requirements and deliver complex SAP solutions.
6. System Optimization: Monitor and enhance SAP system performance, ensuring stability, security, and compliance with industry standards. T
7. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor consultants, developers, and analysts to ensure commitment and professional growth. Strengthen cross-cultural experience and build robust teams. Proficient in yearly performance processes for the team.
8. Issue Resolution: Solve system issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
9. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure SAP systems enforce to relevant compliance requirements, including data security and governance standards.
10. Training & Support: Provide end-user training and support to improve SAP adoption and efficiency across the organization.
11. Innovation & Evaluation: Research and evaluate new SAP technologies and features to identify potential opportunities for improvements, consolidation and modernization.
