JOB SUMMARY
Effective Management of S&GA Spend, Financial Reporting, Support the Ethical business vertical and be a Business Partner to Export Business.
CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Support in Business Planning and LBE cycle with Area Submissions and Back up creation.
Handling SGnA spends (A&P and Non A&P) with Cross function co-ordination during LBE submissions along with causal analysis vs Plan/LBE/PY etc
Work with BCC team on developing and controlling the tool for management of Ethical activities.
Lead DOH (Days on Hand) Model for Sales forecasting during rLBE/S&OP cycle – (TMS/IMS/Offtake Actualization, support in Sales forecast activity, ASP Accuracy etc)
Managing Gross to Net Spend (Price Offs, Returns, Promotion spends, Margins) & handling various analysis at Brand & Channel level along with variance analysis vs Plan/rLBE and Area Submission
Support in IMS Reporting (OPSC) with Commex Team. Support in TMS/IMS Projection at Brand/Channel level basis Trade team inputs. Manage Sales Touch Point file for Area Reporting
Work on accrual management with CFS/functional teams on Monthly Financial Closing
Leading Month Closing Activities (P&L Comparison vs Plan/LBE and variance causals) & Gross Margin Analysis
Lead Price Increase Proposals & Analysis
Monthly/Quarterly ASP review at SKU/Channel level and Incorporate necessary changes in Sales forecast
Leading in taking CFM60 Approval from Area/Corporate
Handling various Audits and Compliances
