Know it matters.DISCOVER your opportunity What will your essential responsibilities include?·Experience with multiple accounting frameworks, particularly proven strength with IFRS.·Responsible for providing support on IFRS Financial Close, Reporting and Analysis activities for Reinsurance Segment.·Excellent accounting knowledge and working application to provide analysis of Segment Income Statement, Balance Sheet to discuss with Segment Finance Leadership.·Responsible for preparing quarterly reconciliations which include Actuarial Roadmap Reconciliation, Oasis vs FDM vs EFR vs HFM Reconciliation etc.·Prepare and Post journals related to Expense Accruals, PYD CAT & OLL event bookings commission reclass, IFRS 4 reversals, ULAE, Yield Curve, IQS etc.·Responsible for extracting queries from HFM/EFR and various other systems and analyzing the same.·Required to support in the development of dashboards in Power BI.·Assist in developing of HFM reports and performing UAT on the same.·Keeping the flexibility in reports to incorporate any high-level adjustments or structural changes from onshore.·Documenting new, reviewing and maintaining existing, process documentation.·Support Ad-hoc activities/projects.You will report to Head of India Reinsurance Finance.SHARE your talentWe’re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:Required Skills and Abilities:·Accounting and Analytical skills: CA with relevant years of post-qualification experience or MBA Finance with relevant years of relevant experience in Financial Accounting & Reporting or Financial Planning & Analysis.·People leadership experience of relevant years.·Good analytical skills.·Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Desired Skills and Abilities:·Should have excellent MS Excel/Power-point skills.·Good team player and ability to work self-directedly.·Excellent customer-focus and results oriented.·Innovative and process improvement mindset.FIND your futureAXA XL, the P&C and specialty risk division of AXA, is known for solving complex risks.
