As the Senior Manager for Operations Delivery, you’ll be responsible for the management of a dynamic team of Operations Delivery Managers & their efficiency of learning operational support activities. You will ensure team success & lead workload & resourcing for projects across multiple delivery functions and help the team meet quarterly & fiscal goals & project achievements.
What you'll Do - Fulfil responsibilities as a team / people leader (Check Ins, 1:1s, team meetings, awards, merit, succession planning, resource management, continuous evaluation of team satisfaction
- Provide mentorship, guidance & opportunities for Operations Delivery Manager staff on technical & nontechnical situations
- Plan upskilling & cross-training of employees for all technology & systems used by Operations Delivery Managers
- Optimize performance metrics, using sophisticated measurement methodologies, aligning them with strategic goals to drive continuous improvement.
- Lead, supervise & approve employee agreements by monitoring extensions, timecards & assessing talent opportunities/risks for our contingent workforce
- Assist in fiscal & quarterly strategic planning & setting/developing team goals
- Inspire & develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability innovation & growth
- Coach employees, including underperforming employees, tailoring guidance to individual & team needs
What you need to succeed - Validated management background with both direct & indirect teams
- Experience in enterprise organizations with matrixed teams.
- Deep understanding of adult learning methodologies
- Possess a strong analytical background, think critically, synthesize new data quickly, & prioritize efficiently.
- Proven success in building & implementing programs that engage, educate, & deliver results against pre-defined measurement criteria.
- Adept at problem-solving & can use influencing, relationship, collaboration, & emotional intelligence skills to find & resolve roadblocks.
- Bring creativity to an environment that nurtures experimentation to consistently innovate.
- Confident & eloquent communicator in writing, speaking, & facilitation.
- Confirmed ability to operate optimally & autonomously in situations of extreme ambiguity, with only high-level direction.
- Established collaborator with the initiative to lead, raise a hand for new challenges, & act as a subject matter authority across the organization.
- Maintain a positive demeanor, high energy, sense of humor, & a contagious passion to meet the changing needs of the business.
- Knowledge of Adobe's businesses, products, & their use across customer segments is desired.
