Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced, well rounded Field Marketing Director to design and execute industry leading marketing programs. The ideal candidate will possess excellent strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills to drive brand awareness and generate demand for our products and services with a focus on Workplace Management, Project & Construction Management, Workplace Consulting, Technology, Sustainability and more. The Field Marketing Director will collaborate closely with sales teams, product owners and cross-functional marketing colleagues to develop and implement effective marketing strategies that align with overall business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement regional or local marketing plans that align with the overall marketing strategy, target audience, and business goals.
  • Collaborate with local/regional sales teams and CoEs to understand market trends, customer insights, and sales goals, ensuring marketing efforts are aligned with business objectives.
  • Create and execute integrated marketing campaigns using various channels, such as events, tradeshows, digital marketing, email marketing, content marketing, etc., to drive brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Manage and coordinate local events and sponsorships, including venue selection, logistics, budgeting, and follow-up activities.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop marketing materials, including brochures, banners, presentations, etc., ensuring consistency in messaging and branding.
  • Analyze and evaluate marketing campaign performance, tracking key metrics, and providing actionable insights to drive continuous improvement and optimize marketing ROI.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies, ensuring timely delivery of marketing materials and services in line with project requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging marketing techniques, recommending innovative strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Provide guidance and support to local sales teams on marketing initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging and effective communication with target audiences.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, associations, and industry influencers, to maximize marketing reach and opportunities for collaboration.

Sound like you? To apply you need to be / have:


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10-15 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the commercial real estate or professional services industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns at a regional or local level.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify insights to drive marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Proficient in leveraging various marketing channels and tools, such as events, digital marketing, content marketing, social media, etc., to drive brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing budgets, vendor relationships, and delivering projects on time and within scope.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
