Responsibilities Manage all aspects of ESG and sustainability data, from sourcing to certification. Support data needs for public/private reporting to organizations like CDP, EMF, GRI, and BIER. Provide ad-hoc data and statistical analysis for global and sector teams, including customer surveys. Assist in developing analytics for new or emerging sustainability goals. Oversee data governance, ensuring data completeness, integrity, and audit readiness. Partner with internal and external teams for third-party data verification. Conduct peer analysis on climate goals and performance. Support senior management presentations with pep+ metric analysis. Collaborate with sector data analysts for pep+ data collection and validation. Contribute to digital transformation, data automation, and process improvements for climate reporting. Drive synergies and best practice sharing across sustainability and other teams within PEP. Qualifications Graduate in engineering or Business Management or information technology (B.Com Computers, MBA, B-Tech with relevant experience) 9-11 years of experience in Business reporting, Sustainability KPI reporting, Supply chain Advanced level of proficiency in MS office (Excel and PowerPoint and PowerApps) 2-3 years of experience of SQL, Power BI and Tableau Excellent data analytical skills with ability to connect data to actional insights Strong ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively, internally and externally, to all levels of management
