Educational Background:


  • Full time MBA in HR

Experience:


  • 8-10 years in HR & Employee Relations or a stint in ER or coupled HR role with ER experience with progressive experience in handling complex employee relations issues.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Disciplinary Actions & Risk Management
  • Lead the initiation and management of disciplinary procedures, ensuring timely reporting to the disciplinary committee.
  • Conduct thorough investigations into incidents and take proactive measures to mitigate HR-related risks.
  • Drive audits and oversee the development and execution of corrective actions (CAPAs).
  • HR Strategy & Risk Mitigation
  • Enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of ER functions in a proactive manner, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and business objectives.
  • Proactively assess and address HR-related risks to minimize potential challenges.
  • Performance Management & Process Improvement
  • Identify opportunities to improve, standardize, and streamline HR policies and processes.
  • Lead initiatives to optimize HR practices in support of regulatory compliance and broader business strategy.
  • Compliance Management
  • Ensure adherence to relevant labor laws /country regulations across all locations.
  • Keep leadership informed on the latest updates in labor law developments and analyze their potential impact on organizational operations.
  • Employee Grievance Handling & Conflict Resolution
  • Oversee grievance handling across all levels of employees, ensuring prompt and fair resolution of issues.
  • Partner with line managers to provide guidance on resolving complex employee relations challenges.
  • Expertly manage inquiries and investigations according to global guidelines and local laws.
  • Performance Management & Process Improvement
  • Identify opportunities to improve, standardize, and streamline HR policies and processes.
  • Lead initiatives to optimize HR practices in support of regulatory compliance and broader business strategy.
