• Lead the journey to advance our Sensing capability across Amgen, supporting the Director, Digital Product Management.
• Collaborate with partners on the Analytics team to advance and develop new Generative AI capabilities.
• Drive and define the overall product development and vision by building end-to-end solutions with functional leaders, data engineers, and business analysts.
• Partner with developers, designers, product owners, and scrum masters to design and develop desired capabilities for end users.
• Lead ideation through roll-out/release of new features and functionality, in partnership with product owners and business owners, including playbooks, launch plans, and UAT.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among multi-functional teams.
• Find opportunities for process improvements and implement standard methodologies to enhance product development efficiency.

What we expect of you

• Doctorate degree and 2 years of Product Management or Product Development experience for digital or web products
• Master’s degree and 8 to 10 years of Product Management or Product Development experience for digital or web products OR
• Bachelor’s degree and 10 to 14 years of Product Management or Product Development experience for digital or web products OR
• Diploma and 14 to 18 years of Product Management or Product Development experience for digital or web products

• Consistent track record of leading product development initiatives and managing multi-functional teams.
• Experience with Agile ways of working, Scrum, and the ability to adapt agile tools (e.g., Jira).
• Understanding of existing digital and data technologies.
• Superb communication skills (verbal and written), attention to detail, and the ability to operate independently.

• Experience with product development for digital or web products.
• Knowledge of advanced data technologies and AI capabilities.

• Relevant certifications in product management, Agile, or data technologies are preferred but not required.

• Strategic and analytical problem solver with the ability to interpret data and metrics.
• Strong business partnership skills and collaborative teammate.
• Comfortable with ambiguity; flexible, innovative, and solution-oriented mindset.
