About the role:
- Develop core versions of software applications for sale to external clients.
- Identify client purchasing requirements and technical specifications through Product Management and/or client representatives.
- Interact with engineering groups to assist in design changes to equipment and/or software.
- Train and communicate with clients on systems application.

Position: Development Manager – Technology
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Development Manager to lead our development teams to deliver high quality software solutions. This position requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a passion for delivering value to our customers.
What you will be doing
- Collaborate with product managers and stake holders in defining product roadmaps and development priorities.
- Drive the execution of development from design to delivery.
- Ensure the development team goals are aligned to overall product strategy and value stream OKRs
- Stay current with industry best practices, tools, and technologies.
- Supports Tech Leads by providing technical guidance.
- Contribute to code quality, architecture, and design discussions.
- Implement devops practices for automated CI and CDs

What you will need:
- Overall 12+ years with 2+ years of experience in similar roles with adept understanding of Software development life cycle
- Experience building applications using .Net, C#, ASP MVC, and HTML, CSS
- Experience in Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile Frameworks (SAFe)
- Experience in developing highly scalable and reliable web applications, including integration with internal and external systems.
- Experience running agile projects of varying size and complexity.
- An excellent communicator and motivator
- Strong in stakeholder management
- Educational Qualification: B.E/B.Tech/MCA/M.S/M.Tech

- Agile maturity Tools, Jira, Confluence
- Expertise in cloud platforms like AWS /Azure
- Experience with code repositories like SVN/GitHub
- Knowledge of banking or financial services industry.
