OPERATIONS Performance ENABLEMENT – DATA, ANALYTICS & REPORTING – SENIOR MANAGER, DATA QUALITY
Data, Analytics & Reporting provides awareness of Operations’ performance focusing on the key data sets that power our measurement of timelines, accuracy and completeness. The team is responsible for the delivery of timely operational reporting required to run our core customer workflows.
Working within Data, Analytics & Reporting team, the Senior Manager, Data Quality role is passionate about creation robust data quality tests across our content to include different dimensions of data quality like timeliness, accuracy, completeness & coverage. This role will also need to lead a group of data quality specialists.
The role requires strong working experience in working with Database technologies (Oracle, Snowflake, Microsoft Azure, etc) & data processing languages (SQL, Python, R, etc.), interpersonal & communication skills and strategic execution – working with our data guides, our colleagues in Operations Performance Enablement and Business Delivery teams
