Provides analysis, recommendations and reporting that informs and improves the effectiveness of the planning, execution and optimization of marketing, product development, brand and customer satisfaction work. Determines methods and procedures on new assignments.Primary ObjectivesDevelops and directs primary qualitative and quantitative research to inform business decisions regarding brand, user experience, product development, innovation, customer experience monitoring and ad hoc research as required.Able to manage and execute an ongoing Global Customer Experience Monitor program with experience in large scale monitors and satisfaction studies.Major areas of accountabilityIdentify strategic information needs with our internal partners and initiate market research projects to address these needsEffectively manage and coordinate external vendors to ensure the delivery of timely, actionable, market and customer-based information to support informed decision-making within the organizationRecommend appropriate methodologiesCommunicate research results to client groupsFormulate implications linking research findings to strategy recommendationsInternal survey creation and analysis where needed both for customers and employeesManage time and budgets for key projects and client groupsDevelop and maintain expert knowledge of market research techniques and practicesDevelop and maintain knowledge of Financial marketsKnowledge and skillsSolid market research experience within a corporate or research company setting including:Needs identification and assessmentProposal developmentVendor managementPresentation of research findings and recommendationsExperience working with senior management and making executive presentationsStrong business acumen and analytical skillsSolid project management and organization skillsExperience with a survey tool, SPSS or the likeEducationBA/BS preferredWHAT YOU’LL GET IN RETURN:We recognize that to attract the best talent, we need to be flexible and we are open to discussing work arrangements with you.
