• Review and maintain real time accounting transaction to ensure accurate reporting of monthly financial statements.
• Detailed budgeting and variance analysis covering each P&L line item.
• Bring value to business by delivering mid-month forecasts on operating income, flux analysis with control mechanism on cost overheads and timely MIS.
• Coordinate the submission and closure of Annual Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, Cost Audit, Transfer Pricing, and Internal Audit.
• Prepare and perform periodic internal audit for compliance with SPI based.
• Follow growth mindset and co-ordinate with cross functional global team for continuous improvement.
• Additional Managerial duties as necessary.

Experience and Requirements

·Knowledge of US GAAP Accounting is required.

·Proficient in ERP and IT skills

·10+ years of managerial accounting & taxation experience with Company with turnover over INR 100 Cr

·Data Analytical and presentation skills

·Good verbal and written communication skills

·A team player

·Sense of urgency and adhere to deadlines.

·Attention to details and accuracy.
