We are seeking a talented individual to join our Employee Health & Benefits team at Marsh India Insurance Brokers Pvt Ltd. This role will be based in Mumbai.
Senior Manager – Employee Health & Benefits
We will count on you to:
Provides financial, contract and/or administrative analysis.Manages portions of projects, including ad-hoc client requests for problem-solving on administrative and operations issues.
Supports financial analysis and review, including underwriting, data analytics, and partnering with actuaries to obtain funding analysis.
Contributes as a member of the consulting team in developing overall client strategy.Interprets and presents benchmark data to client.Ensures plan and program changes are properly implemented and embody client’s strategy.
Demonstrates project management skills and manages the quality and timeliness of deliverables.Delegates work to more junior colleagues and reviews their output.
Manages internal specialty resources to ensure deliverables meet client’s goals and deadlines.
Works directly with the client and manages the request for proposal (RFP) process with the health insurance carriers and internal analyst.
Collects and reviews the analyst’s compilation of health benefits information from a variety of sources, including hard files, electronic files, clients and carriers. Inputs data into a template, which may be customized depending on client plan types, funding, rate structure, etc.Reviews the transparency documents.
Assists with the preparation, peer review and delivery of clear and concise client-friendly communications.
Ensures compliance with professional standards including use of templates, client calendar, peer review, and transparency.
Peer reviews the information, analyzes and interprets the results, edits and finalizes the executive summary report, and sends the report to the client.
Establishes necessary carrier/vendor relationships with appropriate contacts to serve clients in handling all administrative matters, including eligibility, claims, billing, plan implementation, contracts, plan changes and necessary amendments.
