Senior Lead Developer - Assistant Vice President

Role Description

Hands-on Technology leader with 14+ years of experience leading application development for large and complex financial applications. The candidate needs to have a very good understanding of financial domain and should have handled trade life cycle and transaction management. The Candidate is expected to have experience in delivering the solution in a complex environment using Agile.

What you will be responsible for

As a Senior Lead Developer, you will be

• Be a Lead developer in a global team of software development and QA engineers.
• Should be able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Accountable for development of Transaction Services application and/or Modules.
• Work closely with the Product Owner and others on requirements analysis, planning, project management, and execution.
• Migrate or develop new application on the cloud platform
• Support production systems to ensure business continuity and continuous improvement of applications supported.
• Understand user needs and put forth options for solutions.
• Anticipate critical issues and risks; take responsibility for resolution across the organization
• Provide advanced technical expertise in designing, estimating, and developing software applications to project schedule
• Work in a dynamic, fast-paced, Agile team environment.
• Ability to diagnose and solve problems with existing software

• Experience in working with Vendor platforms and critical transactional systems
• Minimum of 12+ Years of Experience with Java Spring boot, SQL, Web Services, ReactJS
• Should possess a strong working experience in Java Architecture, development, related SDLC processes, excellent JEE, messaging (MQ) and database knowledge.
• Good understanding of financial domain preferably transaction management
• Experience in agile delivery & adhering to SDLC processes
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, and collaboration experience
• Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to deal with uncertainty and organizational flux in an effective manner
• Aptitude for learning new and complex environments, processes, and technologies
• Ability to work under pressure to meet varying deadlines and work volumes and should have the ability to work in a coordinated team environment.
• Confident in making technical decisions independently and taking initiatives in order to make a positive contribution into the overall project stream.
