Lending Consulting team offers services on below products:
CLO – Commercial Loan Origination Solution
Credit Assessment – Risk Assessment Solution
Consulting team helps with requirement gathering, end to end implementation, and solve problems, which allows client organization to operate more efficiently and be and remain profitable.
Consulting team offer advice and expertise to client organizations to help them improve their business performance.
Team comprises of techno functional skills focusing on Loan Origination, Risk Assessment, Integrations, PL/SQL, Reporting & Dashboards.
What you will be doing:
Design technical and functional solutions and implement the same in PDS, client support, maintenance
Designing and developing Complex Workflows using BPMN (Business Process Modelling and Notation) Tools
Create / Enhance existing Application Workflows, forms and process.
Define and drive the workflow Architecture
Writing BPMN flows and java scripts to get the necessary data for UI operation.
Ensure optimal performance, quality, and automated unit testing.
Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems.
Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
What you will need:
Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
5.5+ yrs exp on BPMN (Business Process Modelling and Notation) Tool and Development.
Familiar with Business Process Modelling concepts
Good knowledge of database, Java Script, XML, XSL, XSD
Strong understanding of Design patters in BPMN / JavaScript
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming
Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
Ability to work in an agile development environment where developers and testing personnel work closely together to ensure requirements are met or exceeded.
Ability to demonstrate interpersonal and teambuilding skills working with technical and non-technical individuals.
Added bonus if you have:
Experience of Agile Scrum will be an added advantage
Fluent in English
Excellent communicator – ability to discuss technical and commercial solutions to internal and external parties and adapt depending on the technical or business focus of the discussion.
Organized approach – manage and adapt priorities according to client and internal requirements.
Self-starter but team mindset - work autonomously and as part of a global team
