Join our dynamic team as a Senior Lead Analyst where you will provide crucial insights and analysis to drive business performance and apply key financial concepts within our Financial Planning and Analysis department.


About the Role:


  • Analyze key performance indicators to identify trends and variances in revenue, costs, expenses, and capital expenditures.


  • Oversee the development and management of budgeting, financial forecasting, and modeling tools.


  • Generate ad-hoc reports, quarterly, and monthly financial reports, and support year-end closing activities.


  • Implement and utilize Business Intelligence tools and dashboard reports to improve business performance.


  • Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives and provide in-depth analysis to senior management for decision-making.


  • Prepare presentations and provide financial reporting to the Senior Management Team.


  • Assist in preparing business plans and ad-hoc analysis for new projects or initiatives.


  • Ensure data integrity in analysis, integrating data from multiple sources, and creating solutions for complex data analysis requests.


  • Serve as a primary contact for business management queries and maintain proficiency with financial systems to support business needs.


About you:


  • Qualification: Postgraduate in Finance or CA/CMA/CPA with 6 or more years of experience


  • Eligibility: Minimum 6 year of experience in Finance domain with relevant knowledge in accounting, financial Analysis & Reporting.


  • Preferred experience on SAP, Business Objects, Hyperion, Oracle OBIEE.


  • Tracking Budget Expenses, Financial Planning and Strategy, Statistical Analysis, Reporting Research Results, Database Design, Strategic Planning, Forecasting, Analyzing Information, Accounting knowledge, Financial Skills, MS Office suite. With excellent working knowledge of Advanced MS Excel and Macros


  • Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized.


  • Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills


  • Ability to work independently or as part of team


  • Explicitly factors client perspective into decision making


  • Knowledge of automation & data visualization tools, like Alteryx, RPA, Tableau.
