Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and maintain high-performance Java applications.
- Design, build, and maintain efficient and reliable CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to automate and streamline the software development lifecycle.
- Implement and manage infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or similar.
- Strong experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
- Monitor and manage application performance, ensuring high availability and scalability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software and infrastructure issues in a timely manner.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest DevOps practices and technologies and continuously improve the development and deployment processes.
- Ensure security best practices are followed throughout the development and deployment processes.
- Work with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud to deploy and manage applications.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of Experience in IT development.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Java Developer with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools, such as Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and Git.
- Proficiency in automating infrastructure and application deployment using scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash).
- Familiarity with configuration management tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their services.
- Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with microservices architecture and containerization.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Understanding of security best practices in DevOps.
- Experience with databases, both SQL and NoSQL.
