Technical Skills:
Java Development:
- Extensive knowledge of Java programming and related technologies
- Experience in developing Java-based applications and systems
- Familiarity with microservices architecture
Software Development Methodologies:
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and other software development methodologies
Cloud Computing:
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and services
Problem-Solving:
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Experience:
- Total & Relevant: 7+ years of experience in software development with Java
- Proven experience in leading a team of developers
Day-to-Day Activities:
- Lead and mentor a team of Java developers
- Develop and maintain high-quality Java-based applications and systems
- Design and implement scalable and efficient solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and drive innovation
- Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and standards
- Stay updated with the latest developments in Java and related technologies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Any Graduate or Postgraduate
