Recruiting and Sourcing:
Lead the recruitment efforts for our CCI business across all levels (tech and non-tech)
Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and industry trends.
Provide proactive communication throughout the process for both candidates and hiring leaders
Responsible for delivering “high touch” excellent customer service throughout the recruitment cycle.
Utilizes internal and external sources to develop candidate leads and stays current with industry market information.
Provide a more hands-on approach and offer more options/solutions, know how to flex, customizing service based on the needs of hiring leaders
Ensures compliance with company policy and guidelines
Establishes and maintains effective business relationships with various recruitment sources, including executive search firms and placement agencies in order to generate and maintain a qualified, diverse applicant pool
Influence candidates to see Franklin Templeton’s EVPs by promoting the brand and values with all professional interactions
Provide expertise to Talent Acquisition programs and initiatives such as university relations, diversity recruiting, and community outreach
Opportunistic Sourcing:
Partner with hiring leaders to understand their talent needs of the business and create an effective search plan to fill open positions and build candidate pipelines.
Create a pipeline of prequalified candidates for current and future positions with the goal of decreasing time to fill and use of external agencies
Create and implement effective passive candidate generation approaches to market our opportunities, attract talent, and build communities that produce best-fit candidates
Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, and other recruiting activities
Track sourcing activity and communicates any relevant market information to the hiring manager
Conduct market analysis and industry research to inform and develop sourcing plan
Client and Candidate Partnerships:
Serve as a consultative TA partner to influence and drive business results through recruitment activities.
Partners with hiring leaders and HR colleagues to drive recruiting strategies for open positions at all levels.
Ensures alignment of recruiting activities with business goals and objectives.
Proactively share innovative solutions to add value, anticipate needs, and streamline process.
Have a deep understanding of strategic business priorities.
Recruiting Data and Intelligence:
Share current recruitment market intelligence and trends with hiring leaders and to set realistic expectations.
Keeps the business up to date throughout the cycle on key metrics to present that information in a way that is accurate, up to date, and usable by the stakeholders.
Research and gather market intelligence. Understand and execute against shifts in the marketplace that present recruiting opportunities.
Bachelor’s degree in HR related field or equivalent preferred
Minimum 8 years of recruitment experience
Experience recruiting for financial services. Asset management would be highly desirable.
Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on various social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
Strong Knowledge of the India market
Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
Strong verbal and communications skills
Ability to think out of the box and has a creative mindset
Excellent interpersonal skills and able to engage with various functions and seniority
Good team player, able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and teams
Familiarity with Workday is a plus
Work Shift Timing – 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM IST
