Marsh McLennan is seeking candidates for the following position based in the SBP, Mumbai office.


Senior HR Management Analyst (Grade D)


 What is expected of you:


  • Assists in Communications, change management and transition effectiveness
  • Assists with the rollout and delivery of HR programs for the project and contributes to process improvements
  • Coordinates necessary activity to support Project Managers/HRM/PP and affected colleagues during realigning activities including planning and execution
  • Assists with local implementation efforts completing with work streams accurately and on-time
  • Coordinates with the COEs, gather, clean and organize data to use for program/project
  • Performs ad-hoc work as necessary. Help manage team resources to effectively distribute project work, track progress, monitor performance and ensure project deadlines are met
  • Implements project-based initiatives, takes on management and/or execution of day-to-day processes as required
  • Supports team in the areas of people metrics, reporting
  • Ensures the highest of data integrity standards to ensure consistent reporting.
  • Assists in onboarding exercise
  • Updates and assists HRM in policy, processes dissemination (post onboarding)
  • Assists in tracking actions, issues and risks to ensure completion/resolution; Raises problems or concerns impacting schedule and/or performance to the HRM / HR Project Manager.
  • Provides support across multiple HR transition initiatives including PP/HRM, Center of Expertise and/or HR Shared Services design and implementation.
  • Travels to other offices and locations regularly/as required.

What you need to have:


• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.


• Prior experience of project handling will be preferred in a BFSI setup


• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.


• Strong written and verbal communication skills.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.


• High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.


• Detail-oriented and capable of working independently.


• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data for decision-making.
