The position


As a Sr. Global Pricing Manager, you will:


  • Drive pricing strategy, guidance, and forecast development within assigned therapy area/s.


  • Maximize business opportunities by steering operational pricing in operations within assigned therapy area/s, including PBC and launch sequence, International Price Referencing.


  • Generate pricing insights to inform strategies and decision-making on drug development, investment decisions, launch strategies, and price business cases. Integrate external access requirements globally (especially top 20 countries) to guide the pricing strategy


  • Innovate pricing operations through automation and visualization (Power BI Dashboarding) of systems and tools, while sharing insights with stakeholders and actively engaging in discussions to guide decisions and define next steps.


  • Take ownership of deliverables from end-to-end, continuously improve processes, drive pilot projects, monitor progress, ensure future stabilization, and provide training for regional teams.


Qualifications


To excel in the role of Sr. Global Pricing Manager, you will possess:


  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics, business administration, finance, or a related field.


  • At least 5 years of experience in pharma pricing, market access, business analytics, or finance from an affiliate, regional, or headquarters role, or from a consultancy.


  • Proficiency in driving pilot projects with AI & ML, automating regular reports, tracking & monitoring progress, ensuring future stabilization, and training users.


  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills, business acumen, strategic and operational thinking, and a problem-solving mindset.


  • Technical expertise in automating reports and visualizing data in Power BI and other visualization tools.


  • Fluent written and spoken English.

You will join our Commercial - GBS unit, which is responsible for driving deliverables for multiple Corporate Vice President (CVP) areas within Commercial - GBS. This includes Insulin, GLP-1 and Obesity Marketing, Market Access, Commercial Planning, and Commercial Operations.
