Job Description

Our client is an American multinational corporation in the financial services industry has been in the market for over 170 years. It is a leading issuer of personal, small business, and corporate credit cards. The company’s travel-related offerings include traveler’s checks, credit cards, corporate and personal travel planning services, tour packages, and agencies for hotel and car rental reservations. 
We’re on the lookout for a talented Senior Genesys WDE Engineer to join our professional service team and help us continue to grow! You will be involved in the new project of WDE integration with Genesys Outbound Voice, for integration Outbound with Digital channels and integration with portal web page, including gathering requirements for further Genesys Cloud migration.


Responsibilities:


  • Serve as the primary technical expert in providing high-quality consultancy for Genesys solutions to customers
  • Lead the installation, troubleshooting, and ongoing support of Genesys products, ensuring seamless performance.
  • Contribute to crafting high-quality solution architectures, with a focus on disaster recovery and high availability.
  • Spearheaded automation efforts for deployment and migration tasks, enhancing efficiency and scalability.
  • Conduct in-depth technical knowledge transfer sessions for both customer teams and Genesys PS Consultants, fostering a collaborative learning environment.
  • Drive the successful switchover of Genesys contact centers to the production state, ensuring smooth transitions for our clients.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Genesys WDE installation and troubleshooting.
  • 4+years of development experience using Genesys Suite of technologies with specialization in Genesys Framework is a must (Genesys CTI, Genesys SIP, Genesys Composer, ORS (Orchestration Server), Genesys OCS, Genesys Workspace, Genesys eServices).
  • Having strong knowledge of SSDLC.
  • CICD experience with Jenkins and GitHub.
  • Good in communication and self-motivation.

Nice to have:


  • Proficient in tools like CC Pulse, GAX (Genesys Administrator Extension), GA (Genesys Administrator), and Kazimir.
  • Strong knowledge of Genesys Routing, Genesys Composer, and Genesys Rules System.
  • Experience in Agile with good collaborative skills.
  • Database knowledge of SQL.
