The HR Functional Analyst is expected to help with development aspects relating to OM, PA, Personnel Relations, Recruitment, Employee Self Service, Manager Self Service, Timesheets, Personnel Development, L&D, Payroll, C&B etc. In addition, will identify areas of operational improvement by utilizing system functionality and will also provide training programs, report design, and system testing.
- Facilitates the implementation, testing and support of SAP HR module to enhance the business functionality and overall performance.
