Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with expertise in Node.js and React.js to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing enterprise-level applications, focusing on performance, scalability, and user experience. This role requires a deep understanding of modern web technologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset.
Software Requirements:
- Experience in coding with ReactJS (TypeScript), HTML, CSS-Pre-processors, or CSS-in-JS for creating high-performance, responsive web applications.
- Proven experience in coding with NodeJS, JavaScript & TypeScript, and NoSQL Databases.
- Expertise in developing scalable and highly available RESTful APIs using NodeJS.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD principles and experience troubleshooting issues in a distributed services ecosystem.
- Knowledge of containerization and experience with Dockers and Kubernetes.
- Experience with API gateway integrations like 3Scale.
- Understanding of Single-Sign-on or token-based authentication (REST, JWT, OAuth).
- Knowledge of task/message queues such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, Pushpin, and Kafka.
- Practical experience with GraphQL is a plus.
- Proficiency with the latest versions of ECMAScript (JavaScript or TypeScript).
Overall Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement highly responsive user interface components using React concepts.
- Architect and automate the build process for production using task runners or scripts.
- Monitor and improve front-end performance.
- Ensure quality of the technical and application architecture and design systems across the organization.
- Research and benchmark technology against best-in-class technologies.
- Collaborate with multiple teams to share deep knowledge and increase productivity and effectiveness.
Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
- Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles.
- Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
- Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux, Redux, ContextAPI, or Data Structures).
- Proficient with common programming tools such as RESTful APIs, TypeScript, version control software, and remote deployment tools, CI/CD tools.
- Experience in developing responsive web-based UIs.
- Knowledge of Styled Components, Tailwind CSS, Material UI, and other CSS-in-JS techniques.
- Experience with unit testing using Jest, Enzyme, Jasmine, or equivalent framework.
- Understanding of linter libraries (TSLINT, Prettier, etc.).
Experience:
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in enterprise application development using ReactJS and NodeJS.
- Hands-on experience in performance tuning, debugging, and monitoring.
- Experience in Agile methodology.
Day-to-Day Activities:
- Write tested, idiomatic, and documented JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Develop and maintain scalable and highly available RESTful APIs.
- Work on front-end performance optimization.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement design into the code.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the development and production environments.
- Document the code inline using JSDoc or other conventions.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's or Postgraduate degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.

- Ability to influence multiple teams on technical considerations, increasing their productivity and effectiveness.
- Self-motivated and self-starter with the ability to own and drive tasks without supervision.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to interact and present ideas to senior and executive management.

- Ability to work collaboratively with teams across the organization.
