Overall Responsibilities:- Lead the development and delivery of React-based web applications, ensuring alignment with project goals and business needs.

Technical Skills:- Core Technologies:Proficiency in React, Vue.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- JavaScript Expertise:Strong understanding of JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
- React Knowledge:Thorough understanding of React.js core principles and experience with popular workflows (e.g., Flux, Redux).
- Vue.js Proficiency:Strong experience in Vue.js, with knowledge of Vuex or other state management libraries.
- Front-End Languages:Familiarity with multiple front-end languages and libraries, including HTML, CSS, XML, and jQuery.
Experience:- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in React and Vue.js development, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality applications.
Day-to-Day Activities:- Lead the design and implementation of React-based applications, ensuring best practices are followed.
- Mentor junior developers by sharing knowledge and best practices in React and Vue.js development.
- Collaborate with product management and design teams to deliver high-quality user experiences.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code that adheres to industry standards.
- Develop and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure software reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise, providing effective solutions.
