We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Management Reporting Senior Analyst to drive analytics and enable business decision-making. This role will be part of our Business Intelligence Center of Excellence (COE) and will report to the Director of Management Reporting. The primary responsibilities include standardizing, designing, and delivering management reporting and dashboards, managing a growing portfolio of reporting and BI requests, and collaborating with finance stakeholders to meet their reporting needs. The ideal candidate should have experience in financial analysis, data management, and business intelligence tools. This role will also work closely with our Data Strategy & Governance team to standardize data definitions and establish single sources of truth across Finance.

Basic Qualifications
• 6 or more years of relevant work experience with a bachelor’s degree
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with business intelligence platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
• 6 or more years of work experience with a bachelor’s degree in finance, engineering, accounting, mathematics, economics, statistics, or related quantitative field or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
• Advanced skills in MS Excel and strong skills in PowerPoint
• Proven expertise in modeling techniques and managing large data sets
• Experience in dashboard design and user interface development
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
