Senior Executive-Production Planning- Aurangabad, Siemens Energy, Full Time

We make real what matters. This is your role
1.Marketing/Execution Team Coordination: Work closely with the marketing team to align production plans with new orders and product specifications.
2.Coordinate closely with stores and purchase departments to ensure timely availability of materials, preventing production delays and ensuring smooth operations.
3.Coordinate with the testing team to ensure timely quality checks and validations, aligning with production schedules to maintain product standards and avoid delays.
4.Customer Schedule vs. Supply Monitoring: Monitor customer schedules against production outputs, ensuring both quantity and cost targets are met.
5.Production Losses Monitoring: Regularly track and analyze production losses to identify inefficiencies and implement corrective actions.
6.Monthly, Weekly, Daily Production Planning: Establish and oversee the production schedules on different time frames, ensuring alignment with business goals.
7.MIS Preparation & Presentation: Prepare and present management information systems (MIS) reports to track and communicate production metrics.
8.Warehouse Inventory Tracking: Monitor warehouse inventory, considering delivery transit times for distant customers.
9.FG and SFG Inventory Targets: Set Finished Goods (FG) and Semi-Finished Goods (SFG) inventory targets according to customer schedules and forecasts.
10.MRP, Scheduling, Planning: Manage SAP activities, including Material Requirements Planning (MRP), scheduling, and production planning.
11.Code Creations & BOM: Oversee the creation of codes, Bills of Materials (BOM), routings, and QA plan updates.
12.Inventory Management: Perform inventory corrections, update minimum and maximum levels, and manage inventory in SAP.
13.Production Planning (PP) Module: Utilize the SAP PP module for effective production planning.
14.Effective communication and teamwork are essential components of your role, ensuring smooth collaboration with different departments, customers, and team members to achieve production goals and maintain operational efficiency.

·The candidate should have a bachelor in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
·candidate should have Experience of 3 to 5 Years in production planning.
