About the role
This role will be responsible to provide support for NA customer & enhance TAT and to meet NA Customer regularly & maintain the REPO.
National account customer delivery
National account revenue
National account retrofit
To provide support for NA customer & enhance TAT
To meet NA Customer regularly & maintain the REPO
To provide Technical Knowledge to dealers on products
To ensure 100% PM for NA customers
Safety Audit at NA Site
Diploma/B.E/B.Tech in mechanical
2 to 3 years' experience in HVAC service team
Technical knowledge of VRF, Ductable, DI & Cassette Machines.
